These applications are thoroughly checked for:
  1. AUTHENTICATION OF CERTIFICATES

  2. STCW-95 (MLC-2010 AMENDMENT) COURSES AND APPROVED ISSUING AUTHORITY OF RESPECTIVE COUNTRY

  3. ONLINE VERIFICATION ON PORTAL OF RESPECTIVE COUNTRY

  4. VALID PP, SEAMAN BOOK & CERT. (VALIDITY 1 YR. & ABOVE)

We also conduct enquirers with their previous employment agencies for their on board conducts and performance report. Only those candidates with good references are short-listed for interview and final selection is carried out. Each individual is thoroughly briefed in his job scope and expectations.

Moreover, we would require our principals to provide us with complete vessel particulars / condition of the vessel and period of layup. It is superlatively essential to get such feedback, which enables us to brief  the on signers.

The finalized candidates will then be sent to an accredited hospital to go through a thorough medical examination.
